We’re on the hunt for a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our social media platforms. In this role, you’ll craft engaging text and video content, oversee posts, and interact with our followers. Your mission? To cultivate a consistent company image that drives our marketing objectives forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the main and Social Media channels for the IZI Group from the Central European time zone, ensuring branding and messaging consistency across all touchpoints – and across the different target audiences.
  • Help produce rich media content, such as video, photography, podcasts.
  • Improve our presence and engagement especially on X/Twitter, but also on LinkedIn and other social channels, for our target audiences through a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing & Community team on campaigns and events coverage.
  • Proactively support brands in the IZI ecosystem and partners.
  • Create consistent programmes in the social media realm (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram shows, recaps, memes, etc).
  • Write threads and create campaigns that highlight our leadership in the iGaming and Lottery industry, and key verticals: lottery, casino, sportsbook, scratch cards, and other technical topics such as Properller Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing & Community team to ensure Communications is well aligned with Growth, Events, Branding and Community, and making the best use of data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, BD, and Operations to deliver relevant and consistent campaigns and User Experience.
  • Work with HR on Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team and Board of the IZI Group.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics, Facebook and other social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
