IZI Group plc, formerly Pinnacle Gaming Group, was established in 2004, as a group structure focused on land-based gaming, with an ambition to provide best-in-class gaming entertainment experiences in the local market.

Driven by a relentless commitment to grow, innovate and provide fair and responsible gaming, IZI Group became a market leader in all the verticals it operates in, including casino, retail sports betting, video lottery and bingo. Our vision is embodied in our passion to create and nurture trusted brands that withstand the test of time and that are synonymous with excellence.

In July 2022, IZI Group plc through its subsidiary National Lottery plc took over the operations of the National Lottery.
