Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our IZI Group plc, Digital Team in the role of Casino Coordinator. As a Casino Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in managing our online casino portfolio to plan and oversee the promotions and tournaments roadmap for multiple brands and markets.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee promotions and tournament roadmaps for multiple brands and markets.
  • Cultivate a strong relationship and communication with our Digital Marketing team.
  • Create and maintain documentation on bonus types, tournaments, campaigns, achievements, triggers, etc.
  • Conduct competition analysis reports and share key conclusions with the entire business.
  • Build robust relationships with third-party providers through effective communication via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Report and address platform issues to our technical project managers promptly.
  • Maintain an updated compliance library (drive) with all relevant information for each jurisdiction.
  • Manage the team mailbox, promptly responding to and taking action on appropriate emails.
  • Supervise and coordinate all casino gaming activities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience for players, aligning with business expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze casino performance, including player behavior, product and market trends, and revenue generation to optimize the player offering.
  • Evaluate and enhance new functionality and features in the casino product.
  • Ensure the casino’s operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate global KPI reports.
  • Ability to validate specifications with stakeholders to ensure they meet articulated business requirements to deliver the expected results.
Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple concurrent tasks and projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Innovative and creative, with the ability to understand and adapt to market and technology trends.
  • Solid experience in online gaming and product management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working with EveryMatrix Backoffice is considered an asset.
