Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst with expertise in analytics and optimization to join our dynamic team at IZI Group plc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our marketing strategies, optimize performance, and drive business growth.

  • Understand online gaming products and player behaviour to be able to analyse Marketing Campaigns (Ahrefs, Semrush, Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Push, Onsite).
  • Experience with customer segmentation, A/B testing, Test/Control testing and ROI analysis.
  • Monitoring the performance across the business, investigating changes in core KPIs, and identifying causes.
  • Configure and implement advanced tracking mechanisms for key metrics.
  • Setup Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking, Standard Event Tracking, and Facebook Pixel Setup via GTM (Google Tag Manager).
  • Ensure accurate tracking of ecommerce transactions and interactions.
  • Implementation of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and GTM (Google Tag Manager) within the company’s marketing and analytical infrastructure.
  • Lead GA4 and GTM implementation, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for extracting insights.
  • Configure reporting tools like Looker Studio and customize dashboards.
  • Provide training and support for internal users on reporting tools.
  • Maintain communication with senior management or clients, updating them on insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and conduct accurate market research, including SWOT analysis.
  • Design and implement methodologies for data gathering.
  • Utilize online databases and tools to understand market dynamics.
  • Interpret data and formulate strategies using statistical tools for enhanced visualization and communication of insights.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analysis within the iGaming industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, at minimum on Advanced certificate level.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Data Studio, Tag Manager.
  • Experience with working in Google Data Studio and/or Tableau or equivalent.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
  • Very strong MS Excel skills with VBA and/or Apps Script knowledge considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
