Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Creative Designer with expertise in AI prompts to join our dynamic Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product and Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across various digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of compelling visual content for digital and print platforms, including advertisements, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and more.
• Utilize AI-powered creative imagery tools such as Midjourney, runway to enhance visual content creation.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute design solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Support the production process by preparing files for print or web distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Integrate AI-generated visuals seamlessly into design projects, ensuring cohesion with human-created elements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software, including AI prompts, to continually improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and offering support to colleagues.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with ambiguity or when requirements are still in flux.
• Pursuing a degree or certification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Proficiency in using all MS Office products efficiently (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Figma and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, any additional EU language is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
