Job Description

As part of the Core System Support team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the land-based gaming systems, including the National Lottery draw processes, as well as provide technical 2nd line support to our support desk, retailers and other personnel on gaming and application-related matters.

Responsibilities
  • Operation and maintenance of retail and casino gaming systems
  • Back-office configuration of new shops, equipment and personnel within the gaming systems
  • Participation in back-office aspects of the National Lottery draw process
  • 2nd line support to our support desk, retailers and other personnel
  • Participation in Quality Assurance process of gaming systems, terminals and internal applications
  • Escalation to and follow-up on 3rd party suppliers or internal resources as per Incident Management requirements
  • Operation of multimedia display solutions
Requirements
  • Have software or other technical certification or experience
  • Be able to work in a mission-critical environment with responsibility and under pressure
  • Be able to work as part of a team, on a shift basis including on-call
  • Be able to follow procedures and effectively evaluate any risks
  • Be able to express yourself fluently and meticulously in English both orally and in writing
  • Have an eye for detail and actively suggest corrections or improvements
  • Be willing to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Possess a clean police conduct
