Job Description

Join IZI Group as an Software Developer. Responsibilities include building internal applications, automating processes, integrating systems, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Application and web development
  • Building and maintaining non-critical internal applications for digitalising internal processes
  • Building and maintaining internal tools for facilitating and automating procedures
  • Building and maintaining internal system integrations between different platforms/technologies
  • Building and maintaining gaming systems’ integrations with other 3rd party systems
  • Building and maintaining AML systems
  • Building and maintaining data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) into Data Warehouse
  • Building and maintaining internal development libraries
  • Participating in process to design and deploy database structures
  • Software development documentation and upkeep
  • Mentoring of Junior Software Developers
  • Ensuring development standardisation and adherence to best practices.
Gaming Systems Operations
  • Overlooking and optimising the operation of the gaming systems
  • Supervising and participating in draw procedures
  • Ensuring CAT environment upkeep
  • Reviewing, maintaining and enhancing team procedures and checklists
  • Mentoring of other team members
Providing Technical and Second Line Support
  • Provide Technical and Second line support to NL Support and Field Support technicians
  • Perform remote technical troubleshooting
  • Review and follow up on escalation process with Third Parties
Operating multimedia and other ancillary systems
  • Operating and maintaining digital display solutions
  • Uploading and scheduling multimedia content
  • Maintaining and scheduling terminal multimedia content
Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT)
  • Participating in drafting of Test Cases
  • Overseeing CAT process and ensuring completeness of test scope
  • Reviewing CAT observations and proposing course of action
