IZI Finance plc €30M Bond Issue Fully Subscribed and Closed Early

IZI Finance plc, the finance arm of IZIGROUP, announced that its second bond issue has been fully subscribed and closed ahead of schedule, following strong demand from investors.

Success of Bond Issue Strengthens Long‑Term Funding Strategy

The bonds, which will be listed on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange, mark another important milestone in the Group’s long-term funding strategy and reinforce investor confidence in the company’s sustained growth trajectory. The bond issue follows the successful debut issuance in 2022, which was also fully subscribed, and is focused primarily to fund the Group’s internationalisation strategy.

Robust Financial Performance Drives Investor Confidence

The strong investor response comes on the back of robust financial performance across the Group. In the six-month period between July and December 2025, the Group reported turnover of €561 million, representing a 25% year-on-year increase, while gaming revenues reached €53.9 million, up 19% compared to the same period the previous year. EBITDA for the period rose 35% to €18 million, reflecting improved profitability across the Group’s operations.

Looking ahead, the Group expects to surpass €1 billion in turnover for the first time in FY2026, with Gross Gaming Revenues projected to exceed €100 million.
