Position Overview
Dragonara Casino is seeking a skilled and responsible Casino Surveillance Officer to join their team in a full-time capacity. The candidate will be entrusted with the crucial task of diligently monitoring CCTV cameras and overseeing all facets of the casino’s operations and gaming activities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record casino activity using video and audio surveillance systems.
- Oversee table games, slots, cash areas, and public spaces.
- Document and report irregularities, incidents, and suspicious activity.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and company policies.
- Support responsible gaming initiatives through active monitoring.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in surveillance or Casino Operations is an asset.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset.Knowledge of gaming operations an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, discreet and professional at all times.
- Proficient in monitoring and software systems.
- Available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
