Position Overview

This position requires individuals who would like to work in a dynamic customer service environment with a respected leader in the gaming industry on the island. Betting Store Attendants will be selling all National Lottery’s suite of games in a fun, safe and responsible environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
  • Keep store clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
  • Support technical troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Report incidents or complaints to the Area Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and evenings.
  • Organised, reliable, and customer-focused.
