Position Overview

The Company has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, this role owns CRM, lifecycle communications, tracking and on-site content across our multi-brand casino portfolio, driving player engagement, retention and commercial performance through data-driven campaigns and timely, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push, using Brevo (Sendinblue), Mobivate and other marketing automation tools.
  • Publish and maintain all website content promotions, landing pages, banners, game pages, blog posts, terms and conditions  across multiple brands.
  • Own the content lifecycle on all websites, from briefing and copywriting to publishing, scheduling and ongoing maintenance.
  • Own tracking and measurement across all brands through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring clean, reliable data for every campaign and page.
  • Create and maintain documentation on CRM journeys, segmentation logic, tracking plans, campaign calendars, promotional T&Cs and content workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Product, SEO and Compliance teams to deliver on-brand, compliant and conversion-focused content.
  • Act as a hands-on executor and problem solver, keeping campaigns, tracking and on-site content running smoothly across multiple brands and markets.
  • Coordinate the rewards and promotions calendar, ensuring every campaign is set up correctly on site and in CRM, and goes live on time.
  • Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for campaigns, emails, SMS and on-site placements, adapting tone per brand and market.
  • Work with Design and Development to brief creative assets, review implementations and ensure pixel-perfect, error-free publication.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:

  • Build and manage segmented customer journeys in Brevo, covering onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation and VIP flows.
  • Plan and schedule SMS and email campaigns aligned to the promotional calendar, product launches and seasonal moments.
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, creatives, copy, send times and segmentation to improve open, click and conversion rates.
  • Monitor deliverability, list health, opt-ins and compliance with GDPR and local regulations.

Analytics & Tracking:

  • Set up, maintain and QA tracking across all brand websites using Google Tag Manager, including events, conversions, custom triggers and variables.
  • Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 properties, audiences, conversions and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistent naming conventions.
  • Build dashboards and reports (GA4, Looker Studio or similar) to monitor campaign, CRM and on-site performance against KPIs.
  • Use analytics insights to identify underperforming journeys, promotions or pages and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Stay on top of competitor activity, industry trends, CRM and tracking best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in iGaming, e-commerce or a similarly fast-paced B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Brevo (Sendinblue) or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform — this is a must.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — this is a must. Candidates must be able to implement tags, debug tracking and interpret GA4 reports independently.
  • Solid experience running SMS and email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with a portfolio or examples of on-site content, promotions and CRM communications.
  • Comfortable managing and publishing content in a CMS (WordPress or similar), including landing pages, banners and promotional pages.
