Position Overview

As a Core System Support Personnel, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the land-based gaming systems, including the National Lottery draw processes, as well as provide technical 2nd line support to our support desk, retailers and other personnel on gaming and application-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Operation and maintenance of retail and casino gaming systems.
  • Back-office configuration of new shops, equipment and personnel within the gaming systems.
  • Participation in back-office aspects of the National Lottery draw process.
  • 2nd line support to our support desk, retailers and other personnel.
  • Participation in Quality Assurance process of gaming systems, terminals and internal applications.
  • Escalation to and follow-up on 3rd party suppliers or internal resources as per Incident Management requirements.
  • Operation of multimedia display solutions.

Requirements:

  • Possess software or other relevant technical certification or experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team, including on a shift basis and during on-call duties.
  • Capable of performing in high-responsibility, mission-critical environments under pressure.
  • Able to follow established procedures and proactively evaluate and mitigate risks.
  • Express yourself fluently and meticulously in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and actively suggest corrections or improvements to enhance processes.
  • Show willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Possess a clean police conduct.
