Position Overview
The Dragonara Casino is hiring Poker Dealers for evenings and weekends. They are responsible for dealing with all poker games and handling the customer’s needs in a professional manner according to casino procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Greet players and deal poker games according to house rules.
- Manage bets, pots, and payouts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain game security & fairness.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times.
- Report irregularities to management and escalate disputes.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of poker such as Texas Hold’em and Omaha.
- Solid math and quick calculation skills.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Maintain game integrity by enforcing house rules and procedures.
- Available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset.
