Position Overview
We’re hiring a highly skilled and experienced Casino Dealer to join our dynamic team. As a vital presence on the casino floor, you’ll deliver exceptional service and foster an enjoyable, professional gaming experience for guests. You’ll be engaging players at the tables, explaining game rules and casino policies, opening and closing game stations, and keeping an attentive eye on gameplay—reporting any irregularities to the Casino Manager when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Host and lead table games, ensuring fair play and compliance with gaming regulations.
- Open and close game tables, managing chips, cards, and equipment securely.
- Provide guests with clear information on game rules and casino policies.
- Monitor games for irregularities and report promptly to the superior.
- Deliver excellent customer service, creating an engaging and enjoyable gaming environment.
- Handle cash transactions and payouts accurately while maintaining efficiency at the tables.
- Adapt to different table games as required, including American Roulette, Blackjack, Poker and other casino classics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a professional casino dealer, including poker and table games.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to count chips and handle cash transactions quickly.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of casino operations and relevant gaming legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with a customer-first approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situation.
