Position Overview
This position requires individuals who would like to work in a dynamic customer service environment with a respected leader in the gaming industry on the island. Betting Store Attendants will be selling all National Lottery’s suite of games in a fun, safe and responsible environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
- Keep store clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Support technical troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
- Report incidents or complaints to the Area Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and evenings.
- Organised, reliable, and customer-focused.
