Position Overview
As a Core System Support Personnel, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the land-based gaming systems, including the National Lottery draw processes, as well as provide technical 2nd line support to our support desk, retailers and other personnel on gaming and application-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance of retail and casino gaming systems
- Back-office configuration of new shops, equipment and personnel within the gaming systems
- Participation in back-office aspects of the National Lottery draw process
- 2nd line support to our support desk, retailers and other personnel
- Participation in Quality Assurance process of gaming systems, terminals and internal applications.
- Escalation to and follow-up on 3rd party suppliers or internal resources as per Incident Management requirements
- Operation of multimedia display solutions
Requirements:
- Have software or other technical certification or experience
- Be able to work in a mission-critical environment with responsibility and under pressure
- Be able to work as part of a team, on a shift basis including on-call
- Be able to follow procedures and effectively evaluate any risks
- Be able to express yourself fluently and meticulously in English both orally and in writing
- Have an eye for detail and actively suggest corrections or improvements
- Be willing to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Possess a clean police conduct
