Reporting directly to the F&B Manager, this position requires individuals who would like to work in an action-packed and dynamic customer service environment.

Being fully aware of the bar and/or food section and special requests during service
Having complete knowledge of the beverage list and food menus
Producing all drinks menu items to the highest standard, in line with the recipe
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers
Welcoming patrons and guests and ensuring they are greeted accordingly
Ensuring all operating equipment is handled carefully avoiding abuse and minimizing breakage
Being dressed according to company standards in order to portray a professional image at all times
Conformingto related internal security and operational procedures
Attending promptly to any requests by customers and recording all customer complaints and suggestions
Reporting equipment related and customer-related incidents
Preparing bills, securing payments, or appropriate signatures for complimentary beverages as appropriate and issuing receipts
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, equipment and accessories and ensure it is properly laid-up
Other duties and related tasks as required by the F&B Manager
Have excellent and effective communication skills in English and preferably also Maltese
Have solid experience in cocktail making
Have an eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
Have a positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
Have a passion for sports and gaming products
Be available to work weekends and public holidays
Be discrete and confidential
Be flexible and self-motivated
