IZI Group plc, Malta’s leading gaming company, and the parent of the Dragonara Casino and IZIBET is now looking for a Customer Support Agent to join the Customer Service & Operations Team of our Online Operation.

  • Provide customer care and support through email and live chat for both incoming and outgoing queries across the betting brands
  • Maintain customer records by following the correct data protection procedure.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaints and
    determining the cause of the problem.
  • Liaise with various teams to escalate and resolve customer quires in a timely manner
  • Undergo training in the use of various systems and tools required to perform your duties.
  • Assist the Management with other projects and duties where required.
  • Experience in an online gaming customer service or operations environment is essential.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese.
  • Knowledge of both Sports and Casino products.
  • An analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to be creative in order to solve the more complex issues customers might have.
  • Open to flexible shift patterns, with the potential to be working in the morning, afternoon, evening, or weekends.
  • Previous experience with direct customer contact and excellent communication skills, specifically within an online gaming environment.
  • Ability to multitask with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel as well as Jira, LiveChat, and Confluence tools.
  • A fast learner who can keep calm under pressure
  • Strong organization skills are required to work both well individually and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with Every Matrix Backoffice is considered an asset.

The Dragonara Casino is looking for experienced Dealers to join their team. In this role, the chosen person will be dealing different table games whilst ensuring full compliance with the company procedures, as well as providing the highest level of customer service.

  • Conducting all games dealt within the guidelines of the approved gaming procedures;
  • Maintaining a courteous and hospitable manner when interacting with clients;
  • Understanding and attending to customers’ needs to optimise customer satisfaction;
  • Ensuring that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to;
  • Reporting any suspicious conduct concerning the casino operations.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in dealing American Roulette, Blackjack, Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Punto Banco games
  • A good level of spoken English is a must. Knowledge of Maltese and Italian languages would be an asset.
  • Experience in Poker Tournaments and/or cash games will be considered an asset.

Surveillance Officer

HR & Office   •   Full-Time

Surveillance Officers are responsible for the CCTV observation (but not limited to) of all aspects of the Casino Operation and the reporting of all irregular or illegal activities.

  • To monitor all aspects of the operation.
  • To maintain vigilance at all times.
  • To record and report any irregular or illegal activities that occur in the casino to the Surveillance Management.
  • To ensure the accurate reporting of all activities in the appropriate logs is complete, factual and literate; and that all written work and general administration are also kept neat, concise and accurate at all times.
  • To collate statistical information as required by the Surveillance Management.
  • To ensure that all Surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and to report any malfunctions to Surveillance Management as soon as possible.
  • To respond to all duress situations promptly and to ensure the incident is monitored in its entirety where possible.
  • To ensure all Surveillance & company policies, work rules and procedures are strictly complied with at all times.
  • To make decisions, when required to do so, that maintain a high standard of integrity in the eyes of the Department, Management and Departments.
  • To maintain strict confidentiality in all matters pertaining to equipment, procedures and information.
  • To conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Other duties as required by the Head of Security & Surveillance
  • One year of work experience in a similar position or any other operational position in a casino is a must

Slots Technician

Casino Operations   •   Full-Time

The Slots Technician who will report to the Slots Manager will ensure that all gaming equipment within the Slots Department is in full operational order in accordance to the required standards, policies and procedures.

  • Conforming to internal security and operational procedures, be fully conversant with the on-line system, the operation of all types of gaming machines, ancillary machines and other equipment. 

  • Knowing thoroughly the various games played on slot machines, assisting customers to understand and play on slot machines.

  • Attending promptly to any requests by customers, reporting customer related incidents to the appropriate management.

  • Diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions on any gaming machines, ancillary machines and other equipment including stacker/bills validator, reporting any malfunction and consequent repairs carried out.

  • Attending to payments as required, taking meter readings as required, carrying out regular and event-related servicing of all types of gaming machines, ancillary machines and other equipment.

  • Participating in the slot machines count, maintaining security in the slot machines area, and performing related tasks when required.

  • Ensuring sound, accurate and systematic record-keeping of all aspects of the shift

  • Ensuring that proper shift handovers are conducted at the beginning and the end of your shift.

  • A Diploma in Engineering (Electronics) or related courses in electronics

  • Previous casino experience but not mandatory

  • Formal training in repair of a variety of electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment

  • Electrical and electronic knowledge of casino equipment 

  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also Maltese
